Welcome to Bloomfield Ridge. Bloomfield is nestled in the center of Royal Wood, with lanai views of the 8th tee and green as well as the 2nd and 7th fairways. Bloomfield has 4 three-story buildings, with a total of 96 condo units, and each building has an elevator situated in the middle of each building. Bloomfield is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five Bloomfield residents. We have By-Laws, Rules and Regulations for the safety and enjoyment of all our members.
The views from the front of all condos is of our beautiful, newly renovated, pool and hot tub as well as our combined tennis and pickle ball courts. The most popular sport in Bloomfield is Bocce, played on a regulation court. During season, organized leagues are held weekly for Men, Women, and couples, with a weekly cookout on Friday's. The games are well attended and are a centerpiece for social gatherings. Combined with our bi- monthly pool parties, water aerobics, book club, pickle ball, and weekly mahjong games, Bloomfield is a great place to make lasting friendships.
